Timeline and List Operation Go To Oddisey

28th of January, team operation make list and timeline for 7 week go to Odissey. no need to longer, i will explain about time line that we do. operation is given 20% for the Odissey's show. and from the 20% is split into two sub-division.  Logistic and Accommodation. Logistic are given 60% from the 20% given to the operation, which means Logistic are 12% to make impact in odissey show. Accommodation are given 40% from the 20% given to the operation, which means Accomodation are to make 8% Impact for the Odissey Show.jeng jeng jeng this is the timeline Operation division, we can see :


Week 1 : 2,5 %
Looking for contact person that needed in logistic and accommodation (1,5%)
Survey venue for:      

o planning flow line of audienceo Planning storage and post-post for D-day o planning team security, medical + usher for D-dayo make planning the provision of transport for a dress rehearsal and D-day (0,5%)

   

Week 2: (5%)
Asking and knowing the list of goods the AT needed (1%)
Make the venue map (1%)
Choosing the supplier for consumption sound system and else (2%)
Coordinate with Art Team director and discuss rehearsal show (0,25%)
Making list of goods that needed for odyssey(0,25%)
follow up the supplier (0,5%)

Week 3:(2,5%)
follow up the supplier (0,5%)
 polling box design (1%)
Helping there artistic team (1%)

Week 4 : (1,25%)
Helping the artistic tea (0,25%)
Making deal with the desirable vendor for consumption beverage, audio & lighting(1%)

Week 5 : (1,25%)
preparing schedules and flow loading stuff (assuming already know which kloter will appear first) (0,5%)
survey the venue for fixation placement of props (assuming already know of what props each team). (0,75%)

Week 6 :(1,25%)
Make sure the artistic team's property are well prepared (0,25%)
Make sure all the suppliers (and the property) are ready (0,5%)
follow up the supplier (0,5%)

Week 7 :(2,5%)
Fixing the security, medic, and usher team. make them understand their duty (1%)
Make the polling box (0,5%)
follow up the supplier (0,5%)
Make sure all the goods are well prepared (0,5%)

Week 8  : (1,25%)
We prepared ourselves with emergency situation (make sure that the flow are well prepared) 0,75%
follow up the supplier (0,5%)

Week 9 : (2,5%)
provide transport for team artistic for glad dress rehearsal and day H. (0,5%
)coordinate all of the team's field day H! (0,5%)
ensure all flow running smoothly and flawless, as appropriate. (0,5%)
Complete the payment and refund all goods.(1%)
