Field Report, 27th January 2014

27th of January, after we finished our lecture, I (Lucky Wahyu P), Puguh, and our associate Operation Team in DEF tutorial are carry out a Field Inspection to TBJ (Taman Budaya Jawa Barat), to check the location for the oddisey. First we met with Ibu Lela the head of TBJ to ask for permission to hold a Field Inspection, after we get our permission, we proceed to met Pak Dadang, the Head of Lighting and Audio for TBJ. After some discussion, we conclude a few things.

1. We Can't held the Lighting workshop in TBJ, because of a few Technical Difficulties. The difficulties are they did not have adequate tools, and the maintenance and renewal of the tools are once per year, so they afraid the tools will break down.

2. We may bring lighting equipment from outside source, this might be needed because of the limited Lighting equipment TBJ possess. The Lighting equipment we needed will be further discuss in a different post.

3. We might also needed outside source for Sound and Audio, we did not know the quality of their Audio Equipment yet, but we consider we might also need a outside source Audio Backup.

4. Generator. Generator are substantial part for the power source, TBJ provided us with 30000 Watt of energies, but just in case we need additional power source we must find some generator, 2 or 3 would be just fine.

5. There are not enough space for storage, but we could use the little road behind the stages for some additional space for storage, just add some tent or tarpaulins will do the job. (if it is raining)

6. The lighting equipment they possess are: 30pcs of Farlight; 5pcs of Fresnel Light; 2pcs of Zoom Light.

7. The size of the stages are 8x12 meter if the curtain are shut, and 8x14 if the curtain are open.
