Team Plan Operation Odissey 2014

Hello guys....
we have clear plan preparation to support the Odissey. check the operation plan to know what will we do ^^

Accommodation Progress Report

The Show Organizer team held the meeting this morning at 8 a.m. Every divisions had to report their progress and asked questions. These were my questions :

1. What type of transportation will we use after the show?
2. What kind of food are we going to serve to the guests and the artists?
3. How much is the budget for the accommodation?

These questions have been answered correctly. It made me satisfied and made things clear.

I have searched food suppliers' numbers and contacted one of them. Nevertheless, i haven't known how many people will be served and when, so that, i will ask the latest information to the directors for the upcoming rehearsal.
I was also told that water is the most important thing to be prepared. So, for this week, i'm going to search for the water supplier' contact person and the amount of food needed during the rehearsal and show.

Timeline and List Operation Go To Oddisey

28th of January, team operation make list and timeline for 7 week go to Odissey. no need to longer, i will explain about time line that we do. operation is given 20% for the Odissey's show. and from the 20% is split into two sub-division.  Logistic and Accommodation. Logistic are given 60% from the 20% given to the operation, which means Logistic are 12% to make impact in odissey show. Accommodation are given 40% from the 20% given to the operation, which means Accomodation are to make 8% Impact for the Odissey Show.jeng jeng jeng this is the timeline Operation division, we can see :


Week 1 : 2,5 %
