Weekly Progress (week 1)

4 February 2014.
Yeay! It's weekly progress time!
It is the time to see what Operation team have done all this week.
Well let's see the progress table first:




















From that table we can see there's a tasks that completed perfectly (hooray!) and there's a tasks thats not. Why? Lets talk about the Venue survey first.


The output that we expect to get from venue survey are:






     We've done the transport provision planning and properties storage and cast place. We've done the audiences line flow and of course security,logistic and usher teams planning too. But we didn't consult it with Event division yet thats why we got (-0,085%) difference from the target. And for the (-0,1%) difference, it turns out because suddenly there's another venue option. And frankly speaking, Operation team didn't make transport provision, properties storage, cast place, audiences line flow for the other venue option.

In the other hand, for the second task (Looking for supplier contact person) we got it perfectly. Why? Its all because:


   To get 2% of this tasks we have to get all (from the list above) supplier contact person. And our team've got all the contact. Not only one, but many. We even got the price list from those suppliers too. That's why me, as the head of operation, should appreciate our team hard work by giving our team 2% for this tasks.

Well, I've write the percentage of target,reality,differences and the reason all that percentage come out. I think that's enough (for now). See you in the next post!
